 Yes it's true, in my village one person got a job in railway group d by paying money, he got some agent who got everything setup for him and finally he got the job. You won't believe that the same person now got promoted to goods guard by paying money. East or west India is best. We are living in a country where anything is possible, by the way this has happened after boom 💥 of digital India launched by our dearest PM. I have tweeted him about this case but looks like his Twitter handle is hacked by China 🤪. Chalo anyway he is doing great 👍 and we are grateful to him for his gift of inflation.

 Recently I have noticed that YCRCP CM is giving free house to the people by building small houses on hills. Just think a CM is giving this property to those who neither pays tax nor does anything productive for state and if you go into the details of the yojna then there will be a big corruption figure will be identified. Central government will not take any action against him because he supported central govt on various things like president election and yes Chandra Babu naidu who with Mamta Banerjee was an obstacle for central government. If check properly then you will get to know which area in andhra pradesh is getting development what is the caste and religion of the people who are getting benefitted by government policies.

Do you know mukul roy?

 Mukul Roy is a founder member of TMC and suspected for Sharda and ICore chit fund case. Bjp initiated CBI investigation against him when he was in TMC, BJP dropped the cases against him as soon as he joined BJP. Finally in West Bengal state election Mamta Banerjee defeated BJP and Mukul Roy joined back TMC. Now not sure if BJP reinitiated the investigation against him. Few days back I heard a nice lecture from our president on our duty and rights I think 🤔 same lecture should be given to politicians. Who joins in army ? The one who has love for country and they come from a below middle class family but government doesn't give them guarantee after 4 years of service to the nation. Such prime minister can be great for entire world but not for me. A prime minister is one who doesn't differentiate between his party members or anybody and take action against all the corrupts. I have not seen anybody like that after Lt. Lal Bahadur Shastri ji.

How political parties influence the contracting process in India ?

While investigating the cause of why honest and efficient contractor do not get project or contract work from government I found few facts. All railway road and state driven projects are awarded to the contractors who are somewhere related to political parties. 

Some examples are below

If visit west Bengal then you will find that the majority or state development work is awarded to people who are related to TMC Or current ruling party. 

Now take the case of jharkhand, all state development projects are awarded to the people related to ruling parties or current MLA Or MPs. 

I went on investing more and found that even in Central government projects somewhere the people who are working are members ornlocal leaders of ruling party at the centre. Yes I am talking about the railway projects of dhanbad. 

I went on investigating further and found that in Telangana also similar thing is happening. 

Now you can find out what is the value of honesty and talent in our country.

दोस्तों आज मैं आपको बताऊंगा कि कैसे एक BCCL के भ्रस्ट मैनेजर ने पूरा का पाथरडीह कोल वॉशरी को बर्बाद कर दीया। जी हैं दोस्तों आप जाकर पूछेंगे कि क्या आप यादव साहब को जानते हैं तो लोग बतायेंगे कि उन्होंने क्या क्या बर्बाद किया। 

वैसे मैं कुछ उदाहरण प्रस्तुत करता हूँ और शायद कुछ आप पता भी कर सकते हैं। 

1. नये समान को स्क्रैप बता कर बेचना और कमीशन खाना। 
2. काम न रहते हुए ओवर टाइम देना और कर्मचारी से बदले में पैसे खाना
3. सरकारी संसाधनों का पारिवारिक इस्तेमाल करना। 

वैसे मैंने सिर्फ पाथरडीह कोल वॉशरी के बारे में ऊपर बताया। और भी कहानिया हैं, क्या आप जानते हैं कि जमीन के नीचे कोयले मे लगी आग का कारण और जगह जगह भूस्खलन का कारण भी BCCL के भ्रस्ट अधिकारी हैं। जी हाँ जहाँ खनन के बाद रिक्त स्थान को पानी और बालू के मिश्रण से भरा जाना चाहिए वहाँ ये खाली छोड़ गए जिसके कारण भूस्खलन की घटनाएं आम हो गए हैं। आजतक कोई जाँच कमीशन नही बैठा इस मामले मे क्यों? आगे कहानियाँ और हैं बस मेरे साथ बने रहें। एक और सत्य लेकर आऊंगा आपके समक्ष। जय हिंद जय भारत।

दोस्तो आज मैं आपको बताने वाला हूँ कि पिछले दिनों मेरे साथ अंचल कार्यालय मे क्या हुआ। 

मैं २०२० मे १० डिस्मिल ज़मीन खरीदा था जिसका कागजात सभी सही थे और सारा कुछ ऑन लाइन था जो झारखंड राजस्व विभाग के वेब पोर्टल मे डाले हुए थे। तो मैंने ज़मीन खरीदा और फिर पोर्टल मे मुटेशन के लिए डाल दिया। 

लगभग ३० दिन के बाद मेरे पास अंचल कर्मचारी का हमारे पास फोन आया कि सारे कागजात दिखाएँ। मैंने वो सारे कागजात पोर्टल मे पी डी एफ के तौर पर डाले हुए थे फिर भी उन्हें कागजात देखने थे। मैंने उनको कागजात दिया और वापस घर लौट आया। कुछ दिनों बाद मेरा मुटेशन रद्द हो गया। उसका कारण लिखा था कि BCCL द्वारा NOC प्राप्त नहीं है। मैंने नये रिक्वेस्ट भी डाले परंतु वो भी अन्य अन्य कारणों से रद्द होते गए। बाद मे मेरे बिचोलिये ने मुझे कहा कि मुझे ३५००० अंचल कार्यालय मे घूस के तौर पर देने होंगे। अब मेरे पास कोई चारा नहीं था क्यों कि मैंने तो प्रधानमंत्री तक को ट्वीट कर इसकी जानकारी दी थी और की फायदा नही हुआ। यह बात पुरानी नही वल्कि २०२०-२०२१ की है। तब से मुझे लगा कि प्रधानमंत्री या मुख्यमंत्री चाहे कोई भी हो हमारे देश मे इमानदारी की सिर्फ बातें करते हैं। दोस्तों क्या आपको लगत है कि मुख्यमंत्री या प्रधानमंत्री को इन भरस्टाचार की जानकारी नही होती? जब चुनाव का समय आये तो व्यापारियों के घर मे छापे पड़ते हैं परंतु भ्रस्टाचार करवाने वाले नेता मजे से रह रहे होते हैं। प्रजातंत्र मे नेता एक निरंकुश राजा की भाँति होता है। धनबाद मे भरस्टाचार रोकने के लिए बनाये गए ( एंटी करप्शन) अधिकारियों ने कितनो को अब तक पकड़ा है अगर नहीं तो मुफ्त की तंख्वाह ले रहे हैं। सरकार के पास आम लोगो को नौकरी देने के लिए कुछ नही परंतु मुफ्तखोरो के लिए बहुत कुछ है।

Small story about the corruption  in Bhubaneswar

I had relocated from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar in Feb-2013. This is a true story which had happened with me. Since I was using Jyothi Gas in Bangalore which again a private vendor and they did not have services there in Bhubaneswar so I had surrendered my connection in Bangalore and then had moved to Bhubaneswar. I had taken a house on rent in Bhubaneswar in Rasulgarh area. I was need of gas cylinder for home cooking purpose and decided to apply for one. I then decided to reach the office and asked about all the documents required. Meanwhile I had to manage with gas cylinders given in black as there was no other option. I submitted all the required documents and photographs and was very happy that I will get a new connection. Time started passing and with every passing day I was thinking I will get a call today.

After 20 days I went to the same office and enquired about my application status and then got to know that the documents have not been processed. Government officials do not directly ask bribe for doing your work rather they will delay your work or will not process it. Now I was not aware that things work that way in India as I was a new graduate and was working in software where you will not find any corruption in terms of money. There are some bad practices there in software which you will find in my different post. 

I enquired the clerks there as why my documents has not been processed the he told me to go out he is very busy it seems. Somehow next day I went with one of my local friend and then he asked as whats going on then we got a demand of 5000 Rs apart from cylinder and stove price to process the file. I thought of threatening him to take this to new channel. he smiled and told do whatever you can. 

I shook with his confidence but still thought of reporting this to tv channel and collected the Otv contact number and tried calling them. 

That day I realized that media of our country is also corrupted, they simply told me don't waste our time, we have other important things to do. 

I then decided not to stay long there in that city and finally after 7 months of stay I left for Bangalore .

During my stay in BBSR I managed with my friend's cylinder as he had double connection.
